HAPPY AHAANA DAY

12^th Sept. is the Birthday of the Ahaana the Association of Information Technology Dept., National Institute Of Technology, Raipur .

After spreading smile on every one’s face, after giving energy to every one by it’s presence like a small born child, today Ahaana completed it’s first year in NIT Raipur and is celebrating it’s maiden Birthday week.

When we look into the past, it never seems too old when Ahaana was formed, by the students of I.T Dept. of NIT Raipur through out this yer Ahaana has forced us to think and learn in the right way and of-course it has proven to be the best way to smile for us.

Today Ahaana proudly stands with more than 250 student members and faculty members and it is working regularly to make students like it. We all hope for a bright future of Ahaana.

RECENT ACTIVITIES

This year AHAANA has done a fascinating job by organizing a no. of departmental events such as group interaction party of fresher’s batch and and off course by organizing a successful teachers day.

First of all, GI party was a memorable one where every junior and senior participated with full enthusiasm and overall the aroma of the venue was awesome. Party started with cultural activities in presence of departmental teachers and then interaction was held followed by some refreshment to all.

Secondly , on 5^th Sept. we celebrated our teachers day where all students paid their worthy regards to all gods in disguise.it started with lamp lightning and speech by respected Mr.Sudhakar Pandey sir. Then titles were given to all teachers and then it was the time for refreshment. All enjoyed a a lot that day and also paid their salute to India’s second president DR. SARVAPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN.
